At Saqib Azam Official, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and service. Whilst we hope you are thoroughly delighted with your order, we do not offer any returns or exchanges under normal conditions.
We only offer a Conditional Exchange if you experience genuine quality issues with your product. Please note that for our Pret wear, it is highly advised to be hand-washed only to maintain the fabric and embellishment integrity.
Reporting an Issue
If you find your product faulty in terms of its quality, manufacturing, or the intricate work done, you must contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Our Process

Query Generation: Once you reach out to us with your concern, our dedicated Quality Assurance Department will thoroughly look into the issue.

Review & Resolution: After reviewing the product details, we may offer you an Exchange or Store Credit for future purchases, strictly in the case of a major manufacturing fault.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are completely exempt from our standard policy:

Customized Orders: Any pieces altered, tailored, or made to custom measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discounted Items: Orders purchased on promotion, sale, or given a special discount are final sale.
Important Note: Orders that fall under customized or discounted categories are not eligible for Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, or Chargebacks.
