Q) How can I place an order on your website?

Ordering your favorite pieces is simple. Just follow these steps:

2. Review Your Cart: Click the Cart Icon at the top right of the page to review your selected items.

3. Verify Quantities: Ensure all products and their quantities are correct.

4. Proceed to Checkout: Click the Checkout button to move forward.

5. Shipping Information: Enter your delivery address and the required contact details.

6. Shipping Method: Click Continue to Shipping Method and select standard shipping.

7. Payment Method: Click Continue to Payment Method to select your preferred payment option.

8. Finalize: Click Complete Order to successfully finish your purchase.

International Orders

Q) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for international orders?

No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for international shipments. All international orders must be paid in advance via a bank transfer or securely online using a Visa/Mastercard.

Q) What are the terms and conditions for international orders?

For all orders placed outside our standard local delivery zones, please note the following terms:

• Payment Policy: COD is strictly unavailable. International customers must pay in advance using online credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or direct bank transfers through our secure payment gateways.

• Delivery Timeline: International shipments typically take 10 to 15 working days to be delivered.

• Shipping Calculations: Once you input your country and address at checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on your location and added to your final bill.

• Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer (the importer).

• Return Policy: We maintain a strict policy for global shipments; no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained for international orders.
